Scotty has always been a true burger enthusiast—obsessed with flavor, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way. That passion sparked a simple idea: Why not build a burger joint of his own?

So he did. With nothing more than a bar that didn’t serve food, a few pieces of kitchen equipment, and a whole lot of determination, Scotty Burgers was born. Scotty set out to create the juiciest, most flavorful burgers around, working tirelessly to dial in a recipe that would soon become a local obsession.

It didn’t take long for word to spread. Nights behind the grill turned into packed crowds, and what started as a small passion project quickly became a full-time operation. As demand grew, so did the vision.

And then—the best chapter yet.
With the full support of the Imperial Beach community, a handful of key partners, and plenty of hard work and sacrifice, Scotty opened Scotty B’s: the restaurant and bar he’d always dreamed of.

Today, Scotty B’s stands as a testament to gratitude, grit, and great burgers. Backed by an incredible community and fueled by the same passion that started it all, the future of Scotty B’s is looking bright—and undeniably delicious.
